Instructions for Proper Use and Suggestions for Best Results

Remove All Jewelry before Prospecting. Wearing Items Containing Precious Metals may Interfere with Prospecting Success. I Personally Remove Jewelry, Watches, and All Other Metal while Prospecting. I lock all the removed stuff in my car and then Begin Prospecting far away from the car. Even though I know the Vibration Frequency of Most Metals is Significantly Different than Gold, I still wear Sweat-Pants (No Metal Zippers or Rivets) and Athletic Shoes without Metal.

The Dowsing Rods are Not Identical because they are Designed to be a Mirrored (Opposite) Set. A Matched Set Contains a Rod Polarized Clockwise and the Green is Polarized Counter-Clockwise (Anti-Clockwise). Each has been Color-Coded with Red or Green Wire to Easily Distinguish the Difference between each Rod's Polarity. Electrical Signals travel differently in each Individual Dowser, so You Must Experiment Switching (Reversing) Colors in your Hands with the Rods until you can Determine which Color works best in each Hand. Some people will use the Green in their Right hand, while others will use the Red in their Right hand. Once you have determined which color combination works best for you, it is uncommon for it to change, so this is usually a one-time experiment for each user. A few people who were exposed to a Strong Magnetic Field (like an MRI scan) or have been extremely near a high voltage field (like a dangerously close lightning strike) may want to re-check their polarity again before prospecting.

If you are Prospecting Using our Gold Tuned Rods, We Recommend Avoiding Meteor Craters and Space Object Impact Areas likely to contain the "Rare-Earth" Element Iridium. Although Iridium is the 3rd rarest element on Earth, It is commonly contained within Meteorites and other objects which have Fallen to Earth from Space. Unfortunately, The vibration frequency of Iridium191 is very similar to Gold, so Iridium is the only Element which is likely to cause "False-Positive" signals from our Gold Prospecting Rods.

If you happen to be a Meteorite Hunter, our Gold Prospecting Rods may also be useful in your search, but I recommend contacting us to create a set of Prospecting Rods specifically tuned for detecting Iridium193 within chondritic meteorites. The Reason is because Iridium comes in two different Isotopes, Iridium191 (37.3%) (similar frequency to gold), and Iridium193 (62.7%) (substantially different frequency). Thus, there are twice as many molecules of Iridium193 producing more powerful signals for our Tuned Dowsing Rod Antennas to detect, making the investment into custom tuned Iridium Detecting Meteor Hunter Rods a wise decision.
